Dragoncon doll #2 - The Warrior. She is an Iplehouse JID Tania. Her right arm was modified and I tried to make her outfit as badass as possible while resorting to zero exploitation of her female body. She is a  true fantasy warrior woman, about to ruin your day with a halberd made out of a whittled wooden dowel and sculpey. Rawr!

Developing a new MSD sized pattern for my dolly. Someone on Castaways posted a thread asking if anyone had made any retro/Mad Men style dresses. It’s not my usual style, but it seemed like a fun challenge! I decided to start with a fit and flare style and move on to a straight skirt next. Here’s my inspiration and my WIP dress! This is why I need a tiny belt buckle - all dresses from that time period had a matching self fabric belt to go with. I also make a tiny self covered button for the collar and I am going to make a raspberry tulle crinoline as well. :)

The Enchanted Doll Eye booth at Doll Free Market in Seoul, 6/9/2013.  

The woman working there was fantastic and adorable. She was so quick and happy to greet me (in English) when she saw me, and she remembered me both days- the second day when I got there, she handed me the 12mm tray, remembering I had bought 12mms the day before.

Purchases include a pair of copper brown 12mm Milkies and 12mm grey EDs. Not sure of the number, they’re not labelled at the event. 

  That’s a lot of doll eyes…
